When will my order be processed?
Designs in all sizes are produced to order.
For personalised prints you will receive a proof for approval within 1-2 days.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
UK
Royal Mail 24 Tracked – £3.99.
Delivery 1-2 working days from date of order.
If ordering a personalised print you will receive a proof within 1-2 days for approval.
Rest of world
£31.50
All orders are shipped via FedEx International tracked.
Delivery 5-10 working days from date of order.
What size are the prints?
The prints are available in the following sizes:
A4 – 210x297mm – Perfect size for a small wall space, or framed on a shelf. Available to order in a black or white frame.
A3 – 297mm x 420mm – Large enough to be noticed, small enough not to overpower. Available to order in a black or white frame.
A2 – 420mm x 594mm – Great focal point with plenty of standout. Available as print only.
A1 – 594mm x 841mm – These are big and have real impact in a room, bound to get people talking. Available as print only.
All orders are printed on premium 260gsm satin paper.

Will I see a proof of my design?
Absolutely! For all personalised orders we will email you a proof to approve before we print anything.
I would like to return my order, what should I do?
All our prints are custom made, so unless they are faulty, we are unable to accept returns. We recommend that you check your proofs thoroughly before signing them off to go to print.
My order has arrived and it is damaged, what do I do?
Please email kate@myfoolishart.co.uk, with photos of your damaged print/s and packaging, and we will advise.
Can I have one of the prints in different colours to the ones on the website?
All our designs are printed to order so we are happy to do this for you.

How will my order be packaged?
The prints are produced in-house on professional printers, using premium satin paper.
All prints are rolled and dispatched in sturdy cardboard tubes.
All framed prints are carefully bubble wrapped and double packed in sturdy cardboard telescopic boxes designed to protect frames.
TO AVOID DAMAGING YOUR ITEM, PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN REMOVING FROM THE PACKAGING.
